How to Add Your Email Signature in Apple Mail

  1. Open Settings: With Mail open, go to MailSettings (or press Cmd + ,).
  2. Go to Signatures: Click the Signatures tab.
  3. Select Account: In the left column, click the email account you want to add a signature to.
  4. Create New: Click the + button below the middle column to create a new signature.
  5. Name It: Give your signature a descriptive name in the middle column.
  6. Paste Your Signature: In the right pane, paste your signature from SimpleSignature (Cmd+V).
  7. Disable Font Override: At the bottom, uncheck "Always match my default message font" to preserve your formatting.
  8. Assign Signature: Drag the signature onto the account in the left column, or use the "Choose Signature" dropdown.
  9. Close: Close the settings window. Your signature saves automatically.
