We've carefully selected these fonts because they provide the best combination of style, readability, and universal compatibility. These fonts are pre-installed on virtually all devices and email clients, ensuring your signature appears exactly as intended. You can also choose "No Style" to use your email client's default font. This approach prevents situations where your signature might display in an unintended font, maintaining a professional appearance across all platforms.

Images uploaded to simplesignature.email are hosted on our fast, secure servers located in Switzerland, ensuring reliable delivery and quick loading times worldwide.

Pro Plan users can share any signature using the "Share this Signature" button. Recipients of this link can view and copy the signature without needing an account.

With our Pro Plan, you can create up to 99 different signatures. Simply click the "Add Signature" button to create a new one. Each signature can be customized independently.

Go to Account Settings and click "Manage Subscription" to cancel. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing period.
